Gordon discusses how the college matured as a comprehensive college offering a wide range of degree programs during his tenure, as well as the administrative changes he introduced as the fist Academic Vice President, his relationship with the New Jersey Dept. of State, his view on collective bargaining, the decision to improve the standards for students and faculty.
